Case Study: Boteler Flats
Throughout the end of 2023 and into early 2024, the Boteler Flats was a project we worked on with the goal to create thoughtful middle-class oriented housing in a burgeoning city on the Missouri River. Blending historic features with modern finishes, we were determined to set the standard for urban apartment living in St. Joe. This is Uncommon Living.

Case Study: Columbia Flats
Situated in Downtown St. Louis, the Hugo-Stritzel Company, with the blessing of King Realty Advisors, created a multi-family building that integrates the truncated Columbia Building at 318 N. 8th Street with a tastefully modern addition. Using historic imagery, we created a concept that’s doable and would be unique to the Old Post Office district.

5612 Waterman
Urban living in St. Louis’s Debaliviere Place neighborhood would be refined at 5612 Waterman. Consisting of a tastefully modern design that honored the surrounding neighborhood in height and color, Chris Stritzel led the project through entitlement and got full approval in the summer of 2022.

744-750 South 4th Street
What happens when you take a graffiti covered garage and the shell of a collapsed building just South of Busch Stadium? You create one of the most unique music venues and linked garden/food truck space unlike any other in the emerging Gateway South-Music Quarter district.
